Trifold Brochure Design Layout In Adobe Illustrator
Loved this tutorial, but there’s only one problem. It’s Merrick Road to us
I love this tutorial, as well as all of your work. I just run into an issue
in my line of work. We deal with a more professional set of designs and I
struggle with not overdoing them. :(
So this is probably a dumb question but where do i get this type of
brochure printed. I tried to use the Fed-ex print store but it kept saying
the page size was too large.
Hi Steve – first of all I want to say how good your work is! I’ve been
using it a lot over the past couple of months for my Degree work (Product
I have a question regarding the layout that is available for download.
Being in the United Kingdom, the standard size for paper is A4 (297X210mm)
and the document you provide is for ‘letter’ sized paper. How can I adjust
it to A4 ? Thanks, Marc.
I like to watch your videos but this one “Brochure Design” I wished if you
was more practical about the Brochure requirement before sent to printing
companies but not how to design.. you could use couple picture and couple
text for illustrating. 10 min will do fine but not 53 min
I made a Brochure using some of your layout. After saving it for print the
colour wasn’t the same as the final that was email to the client. what am I
doing wrong. I am using Illustrator CS6
Very good job Stephen. You mentioned that u don’t really use layers… ,
please tell me how to avoid them as well.. I find them tricky at times when
there are too many…Thanks man
Thanks for the tutorial. Why I can not I delete the blue frame? and How do
I adjust the brochure to A 4 page ?
Thanks for your Reply SAP..:) Dorit

inspiration to all for us.

Thanx in advance for the tutorial. Do you also do ANNUAL REPORTS tutorials
as well? That would be great. AWESOME TUTORIAL, Two Thumbs Up!
Design a Trifold brochure in a Adobe Illustrator is a great idea!!
I get this message about 9 slice scaling of symbols when I try to open your
file? Not sure whether to click YES or NO
Hi Stephan, I really like your tutorials and think you’re talented. I was
wondering which program you use to make the videos with effect? I want to
learn how to make a promo film. Hope you can answer my question.
Hello, I have a question.
I taught myself photoshop and designed on that program for many years (yes
sadly I am one of those people with the funky pdfs that print out wrong).
Recently I have started to transition myself into Illustrator, but I still
feel the need to use 3 layers, one for background, one for text and one for
pictures. My issue is when I have to edit a brochure made by a previous
designer, when I go to select an element I end up accidentally selecting
half the page and it’s really annoying and time consuming as I end up
dragging everything out, removing what I want and putting everything back
again… I must be doing something wrong, do you have any tips? I always
make sure I’m using “selection tool” and not the “direct selection”.
